Financial Incentive: Up to $50,000
- Living Stipend provided through grant funds
($28,000 - $38,000)
- $500 minimum monthly stipend through district/charter

Eligibility/Requirements
- College graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree
- Meet the Basic Skills Requirements (satisfied by a degree from an accredited university)
- Participate in an intense clinical practice (student teaching) alongside a mentor teacher for the entire school year
- Attend all Teacher Residency Program professional learning sessions
- Complete Preliminary Teaching Credential Program leading to a California Multiple Subject Credential with an emphasis on Transitional Kindergarten or Education Specialist Teaching Credential
- Complete all credential requirements including Subject Matter Requirements (CSET), TPA, RICA, Observations, and Coursework with a 3.0
- Teach in participating district for a minimum of 4 years after completing the program
